When One thing Breaks, Everything Break, and I’m Broke. As Usual.

I saw this nice red hair dryer on sale at Costco last night, and I thought, Hey it’s pretty, but my good trusty hair dryer is still going strong, so no reason to get it.

Oh haha guess what my lovely good trusty hair dryer broke this morning haha

Guess I will go pick up the vaccum and hair dryer today then.  The Eureka vaccum I am eyeing is red too.  Talk about color coordination.

The samples from The She Space haven’t arrived yet.  Oh I’m so sad~  And what’s so amazing about that, is that I never use makeup, and now I’m waiting for mineral makeup samples?  What the hell is that?  How did that happen Jo?  I bet you don’t even know how.  How did you successfully enable me?  It happened too fast.  It’s all a blur.  Haha!  But yeah, I’m playing 1:1 face up everyday now.  Nothing major, just some color so I don’t look… blah plain.  Song gave me the lovey dovey “I like it but I love you no matter what smooch smooch” comment.  Awww kekeke awwww.  The She Space recommended by Jo has tonnes of awesome colors.  And samples at $0.50 each can’t go wrong can they?  They are expanding and are flooded by a sudden influx of orders so TAT seems a bit slow but I’m sure my samples will arrive.  One day.

Then S and I talked about the common tragedy of Asian girls’ short-eyelashes.  I went to a forum and read that by trimming off the tip of the lashes can stimulate growth and make lashes thicker longer and stronger.  On the forum it’s almost 100% testimony that everyone said it works.  So I did it.  For 2 weeks my upper lashes looked like dolls with badly trimmed eyelashes:  blunt, even, unnatural.  THEN GUESS WHAT yesterday I checked, they grew and now they look longer and thicker!  My lower lashes were so invisiblely thin and sparse before; now I can see and count them!  OMG!!!  I wrote S and tried to convince her to do the same, but when I did a search again, people on other forums said that it’s only 50-50.  It works for some people, and apparently some had their lashes cut off and never grow back! >,>  Boy am I lucky.

Does he appear in Dynasty Warrior? :\  I thought he does…

Anyway, I thought Takeshi would play Zhou Yu, and Tony Leung would play a better Zhuge Liang?

*embarrassingly bad pun*

Talking about vacuum. Of course I want a Dyson, but I’d rather get a doll Gocco felting machine something else instead of a nice expensive machine which will easily be broken by my father *swings fist*

This is what my father broke  ;o;  Eureka 430EX Optima.  Cheap, light, but a good machine.  The only things I don’t like about it, is that the vent is in the front, so the dust in front of you tends to be blown everywhere and you’re kinda chasing after them; and also it doesn’t have a HEPA filter :<  But still, it does what it’s supposed to do and I like it.

Then, ChickenTire has this on sale for 1/2 price this week:

It has HEPA ;o;  But reviews don’t look that good.

I’m tempted to get a steam mop too.  Are they any good?  Sounds like a good idea to use steam instead of crazy chemicals.  Some can be converted to a steam iron too *_*  Most of them get shitty reviews though.

Vacuum shopping on Monday!  Tomorrow?  Hair cut time!

Tea Bag Somersault

The tea bag in my cup did 3 somersaults on me today so far. My top soaked up about half cup of water already. One more somersault will really give me a cold.

7 dolls got stolen at Dolpa? I… really can’t imagine how it could happen. Someone sneaked by and stuffed the dolls into a big eco shopping bag and walked away? Are they professional?

My father broke my lovely green vacuum last night. Sadness! I love that little thing. It’s relatively cheap, but such a good little sucker. I’d probably go pick up the same one tonight.

The grass seeds I put in the front yard germinated!!! *confetti* The ones at the backyard are not doing anything, probably because they are from an old old bag in the garage. Need to pick up another bag of seeds. Gah so many things to pick up today. Bubble Mower is half priced at Toys R’Us, I want to get one for my niece. She goes nuts when I blow bubbles in the backyard. The sight and sound of a 1 1/2 old giggling and kicking is just wonderful. So imagine her pushing that mower with bubbles coming out? omg.

And need to pick up a pair of running shoes. My 5-year-old $29.99 Reebok are falling apart lol. These Adidas Orbed Runners are $39.99, $60 off. Don’t care how they look, as long as they feel comfy. Want a pair of comfy walking shoes/sandals too, but with the unexpected death of the vacuum, guess I have to put that thought aside ;o;

Me: I have nothing to do at work. I’m so bored.
Song: Oh man, it’s a good job!
Me: But then, I’m so bored I browse and shop online.
Song: BAD JOB! BAD!

Thanks to Emi, I’m looking at Threadless T-shirts. I’ve been thinking of submitting a design but I kept procrastinating, because I don’t know if I should do it myself for my etsy store, or just send it to Threadless and see what will happen. For the last 4 months I have been googling just to make sure, and I didn’t see it.

Then yesterday, I saw it. Someone shared the same brainwave with me.

So I guess I’m a little too late. Well, 4 months too late.

*weeps*

I hot glued Megu, but have trouble painting her. I still have one more Haruka to paint, but my brain is just totally constipated. Uninspired.

I guess I will have a hobby rotation and do some sewing this week. And I guess that means I can’t really do commission, because I can’t hold people’s faceup because I am not inspired… :S

I have a giant bulk bag of soil on my driveway. 700lb (or Kg???) or dirt. I am overseeding. I am hauling dirt back and forth, throwing seeds, working out everyday. If I don’t see any germination within the next few days I’m gonna freak.

Send In The Clown

Wow what a boring day. Well I mean, it’s not like my usual working day is not boring, but my goodness. Today is *boring*.

Can’t wait to go home and play Wii Fit :X Need to build my strength. My wimpy fake “aaaahhh-ah-ah-ah-eeeee-aooooooooo” push up is embarrassing.
